     My background is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Primary Care (CPNP-PC). Prior to that, I was a bedside nurse in the NICU. Clinically, my experience is in a hospital setting, predominantly in the care of the neonate, and mother/baby dyad. 

    I am a Veteran of the US Navy, the leadership and resourcefulness gained by my time in service are invaluable to me as I continue on my professional path.

     I have a passion for furthering the profession of nursing by educating the nurses of tomorrow. I am dedicated to providing an exemplary clinical experience, leading by example as well as incorporating evidenced-based practice into everyday education.

    My DNP interests revolve around data wrangling and quality improvement lean methodologies to improve outcomes for farmworker families in rural South Georgia.
